Who handles the shipping and delivery?
Olebags works with a local spanish transport supplier that has international collaborations established with the most important shipping companies. Depending on the type of article you order and the delivery address your order will be handled by one shipping partner or another. All of them are trustworthy of and passed our severe quality controls to ensure a hassle-free delivery of your order.
For foreign deliveries (outside Spain) we make use of air shipment to gain time and get your order on your doorstep a.s.a.p.
How long does it take to recieve the order?
International orders will be delivered between 4 and a maximum of 7 working days.
Generally, I am not at home for many hours during the day. How can I receive my order?
We recommend that you provide as much information as possible about where and how we can best deliver your order and at what times we can reach you and when. Please, provide a phone number where you can be easily contacted in order to coordinate the delivery service. This allows us to offer you the most efficient the delivery service possible.
I'm never at home. Can I collect the order from an office?
If you are never at home in hours that are compatible with our courier’s delivery schedules, we recommend that you ask to have the order sent to your work address, as it is not possible to collect the order from the courier’s offices.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
The packaging is designed to avoid damages and our partners are instructed to handle with care, nevertheless accidents can happen. Please, check your order carefully when you receive it. The courier does not allow returning the product if the client has opened the parcel in their presence, but you can check it from the outside and in case you detect obvious damage in the box, please, do not accept the package.
The courier will notify the incident to us and a new shipment will be sent to you immediately at no cost. In all cases we make sure to inspect all orders before sending them.
What should I do if my order is incomplete or does not match what I bought?
If we made a mistake in preparing your order, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your contact details and your parcel will be replaced at no cost.
Can I collect the order at a store?
But of course. We will be more than happy to receive you at our shop in Barcelona. Please, indicate it in your order. We will send you all instructions on how to get to our shop and the opening hours.
